The Amanda de Boer Trio (Amanda de Boer - vocals, Terry Blankley - keyboard and Herb Knox - Sax) will be playing in the Peterborough Jazz Festival Restaurant Tour on Friday Sept 12th from 8:30 -11:30 pm. We will be at the Curry Village, located at 306 George St. (corner of George and Charlotte).

Amanda and Steve will be joined by the Pine Ridge Corvette Club and $1.00 from every meal will be donated to the Children's Wish Foundation!!

Amanda and Steven will also feature some student talent...thanks to all who attended the MINI IDOL CONTEST - it was a huge success with standing room only and a good time had by all... we will do it again in the fall!

Amanda and Steven will be the featured musical entertainment at the Brooklin Diner Family Restaurant on Saturday May 31st, 2008 from 6-9 pm.

As part of their dinner show on May 31st from 6-9 pm, Amanda and Steven will be hosting a MINI IDOL CONTEST-( complete with judges and trophies for the top 3 winners)- for children ages 7-12 yrs who reside in the Durham Region. There is no cost to enter, but you must pre-register by May 17th. You can pick up applications at the Diner or thru Amanda via email: yoursmusically@rogers.com. The IDOL CONTEST wil take place between 7-8 pm. Competitors must provide their own musical background (Karaoke style-cd or mp3 format)

Steven and Amanda will be performing on Wednesday May 7th at the Northview Library in Oshawa. We will be playing an hour of our favourite songs including songs by the Stones, Mama's and Papa's, Van Morrison, Eagles, Beatles, Johnny Cash, Skeeter Davis, Everly Brothers, the Hollies, Peter and Gordon, CSNY, Seals and Crofts etc.

Oshawa Jazz and Blues Festival (Memorial Park)

We will be playing a set with our band consisting of Steve on lead guitar and vocals, Noel on drums and Amanda on "egg", kazoo, and vocals on Saturday August 12th from 3:30-4:30 pm at Memorial Park, downtown Oshawa on the side stage featuring local musicians. We will be performing 3:30-4:30.
